I've been ordering pizza and other things from this store for a couple of years now and decided I needed to add a review since this place doesn't deserve 2 stars. 1. Excellent pizza. So many varieties. My favorite is the thin crust pizza they have. They happily tend to any specifications I ask for. 2. Any time I've ever had a mess up, they've refunded me or gave me a new pizza for free the next time I ordered. 3. They are under new management and the new owner is a real nice guy and runs it a lot better than how it used to be. They're on the pricey side but their pizza is well worth it. You definitely get what you pay for. I'd recommend cottage inn to anyone. Oh, they also have a gluten free menu. Pizza's, cheesebread and pitas. All delicious.

Company ordered from here and it was pretty good. Price was high end like Jets. They delivered a coupon sheet with the order. So we ordered again and had another success story. Pizza was good, price was still a little high end. So we decided to use the coupon that said "Buy one medium pizza, get the 2nd pizza for $ .99"...when we called they would not honor the coupon. They said it was expired. Yes, in fact it was. It said Sept 30, 2010 and here we are in July 2012. Why would you deliver your pizzas with almost two year old coupons???????? We asked if they had any coupons or specials and the person said no. This person also claimed to be the manager. Our company will not order from here again. Their loss.

I went in 5 minutes before closing, The owner Ro, was extremely nice. They were prepared to close, but chose to serve me. Cheesy bread was delicious and my pepperoni pizza was fantastic and meaty. Definitely recommend this to all pizza lovers.

We ordered our food and didn't receive it until over 2 hours later. We called the restaurant to find out where our food was and the person at the store told me she could not reach the driver. I asked for a refund and she told me she couldn't do anything til the next day. Which I was fine with. The driver then showed up at our door (again more than 2 hours after we ordered) and delivered our pizza. It was cold and not even what we ordered. Not sure where the driver had been that it took us over 2 hours to get our pizza, but we won't be ordering from this place again.
